2013, received her PhD degree on Gandhi and his communication at the
convocation of University of Madras on 17th August 2013, hoisted the national flag at Vidyodaya School,
took part in a debate on the relevance of Mahatma Gandhi on
Puthiyatalaimurai TV, spun on the Charkha and spoke on Khadi spirit at
Rukminidevi Natyakshetra on 15th August 2013.
